Transparency about the data we collect, why we use it, and what rights you have.

MDI Software is the controller of your personal data under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). We develop custom digital services: presentation websites, web applications, integrations, maintenance, and technical consulting.

We only collect the data needed to respond to requests, prepare offers, and provide accepted services. This may include name, email address, phone number, business name, activity field, project information, estimated budget, design preferences, technical requirements, and messages submitted through forms.
We may also collect limited technical data, such as IP address, browser type, device, or visited pages, if technical logs or analytics tools are used.
We do not intentionally collect special data such as health data, religious beliefs, or political opinions. If you send us such data without our request, please do not do so.

We use the data to respond to requests, analyze the brief, clarify requested services, scope, price, delivery time, and deliverables, prepare commercial offers, and provide accepted services.
The data may also be used for invoicing, support, post-launch maintenance, website security, abuse prevention, and form improvements.
For direct marketing communications, we will use the data only with separate consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Processing may be based on pre-contractual steps when you request an offer, contract performance after accepting services, legal obligations for tax and accounting documents, legitimate interest for security and service improvement, or consent for marketing and non-essential cookies.

The MDI Software website presents and sells digital services, not physical products. Requests submitted through forms may be used to prepare an offer, organize the project, and deliver accepted services.
At the moment, the website does not include online card payment. We do not collect, store, or process card data through the website. If online payment is added later, the policy will be updated before the service is activated.

Requests submitted through forms may be kept for a maximum of 12 months from the last interaction. Leads managed through Brevo may be kept until consent is withdrawn or for a maximum of 24 months without interaction.
Project data for accepted services is kept during the collaboration and afterward as long as necessary for support, maintenance, defending rights, or complying with legal obligations. Fiscal data is kept according to applicable legal terms.

Data may be accessed or processed through hosting providers, Brevo, email services, analytics tools, project or document management tools, accounting/legal consultants, or public authorities if required by law.
We do not sell personal data to third parties and do not transmit card data through the website, because online card payment is not active.

You have the right to information, access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent, and the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, where these rights apply.

The website may use cookies strictly necessary for functionality, security, and forms. Analytics or marketing cookies will only be used if you give consent, where required by law.
10.
We use reasonable data protection measures: secure HTTPS connection, limited access, protected accounts, technical updates, form checks, and keeping data only as long as necessary.
